BOARD OF DIRECTORS
FOR THE LOVE OF COW HORSE
The IRCHA Board of Directors is made up of an all-volunteer team dedicated to growing the sport of cow horse and creating opportunity for all levels of owners and riders.
John Palleria has served on the Board for over 5 years with 3 as its President. He is also the President of the Intermountain Reined Cow Horse Association. When not riding his derby horse you can find John in the foothills on one of his dirt bikes.
Training out of Star, Idaho, Jeremy’s resume includes World and National Titles and numerous championships, top placings, finals berths and year-end awards. Jeremy enjoys the other type of horse power and souping up his off-road Jeep.
Patty has been involved with horses her entire life, whether it was race horses, hunter-jumpers and now cow horses. When she's not competing or keeping track of numbers, she's happiest on her farm with her husband and plethora of loving dogs.
In a former life, Corina worked as a sergeant for Seattle SWAT. This experience serves her well helping run Roeser Training Stables. She loves the breeding side of the operation and is the go-to woman for picking best crosses and foaling out babies.
Sponsorship Coordinator / Director
Lindsey has worked in the Marketing & Advertising world for over 11 years. When she's not helping grow companies (or building this website), she enjoys hiking with her dogs. She can't wait for her first home-bred baby to start her cow horse career.
Sponsorship Committee / Director
Friend to everyone in the cow horse world, Laura makes a mean Blueberry Smash - if you know, you know. With a couple decades of advertising and sales experience, Laura has worked tirelessly to grow the IRCHA into one of the largest NRCHA affiliates in the nation.
As a NRCHA Hall of Fame trainer, Dan also serves the NRCHA as the Hall of Fame Committee Chairman and sits on the Rules Committee. Based in Marsing, Idaho Dan works every day training the next generation of Supreme Reined Cow Horses.
Also an NRCHA Director, Jon lives in Kuna, Idaho. He has earned over 20 World Champion Titles and holds a World's Greatest Horseman Title. Jon was inducted into the National Reined Cow Horse Hall of Fame in 2019 and his earnings now top $1.8 million.
Ryan has worked for some of the best trainers in the business and enjoys teaching horses and students alike at his training facility in Parma, Idaho. He's won NRCHA, NCHA and NRHA money. Ryan also hunts big game and is passionate about conservation.
Katherine DeHaan, DVM
With numerous World and National Championships in both Bridle and Limited Age NRCHA events, Kat has solidified her position as a top non pro rider. When she's not winning, she's saving horses at her Vet facility in Fruitland or snuggling her beloved dogs.
Farrier by trade, Scott lives in Caldwell, Idaho. When he's not shoeing horses or sleeping, Scott is making funny posts on Facebook and remodeling his fixer-upper. P.S. He's single and ready to mingle, ladies.
In a previous life, Shane was a 3-day Eventer and was converted to the cow horse world almost 30 years ago! A previous BOD, she helped create the IRCHA's Triple Threat clinic. When not riding, she's repairing horse blankets and building tails for follically challenged horses.
Brittany has worked in real estate in the Treasure Valley for almost a decade. Her competitive drive blended with her love of helping others makes the world of reined cow horse her perfect match. In her free time, she loves to make homemade pizza grilled on the barbeque.
