RESERVATIONS

1. Tickets are $45 per person
2. Tables can be reserved for parties of 8 ($360). Tables must be paid in full and all table members must be listed in RSVP.
3. RSVP through website.
4. We have a max capacity of 152 people. You must submit all names included at the table for purchase to be valid. These cannot be TBD as we fully anticipate having a waitlist.
5. Reservations will be CLOSED after 152 tickets are purchased or on March 5, 2024. Plan accordingly and reserve early.
6. YOUR RSVP WILL NOT BE COUNTED UNTIL PAYMENT IS MADE.

PAYMENT

1. Payment must be made through Venmo @IdahoReined-CowHorseAssoc. For questions or assistance, please call or text 559-816-5452.
2. You must pay to reserve your ticket.
3. When paying, reference responsible person as submitted in RSVP.

LIVE AUCTION

1. Bidders by proxy (phone bidders) are allowed, but you must pre-registered and provide payment details, ie. credit card, prior to start of auction.
2. A 4% fee will be added to all credit card purchases.
3. If attending in person, you are able to close out your bidders number by check or cash.
4. Please call 559-816-5452 to submit payment details if wanting to bid by phone.
5. It is your responsibility to arrange payment and bidding. You must provide and arrange for your own proxy bidder.

IRCHA and Intermountain RCH make no warranties for auction items and all items are sold as-is. If bidding on the stallion, it is your responsibility to discover any additional fees or conditions from stallion station or owner.
